Our new ‘Dry Roof Pro’ electronic testing equipment allows us to effectively test non-conductive roof waterproofing (such as
bitumen, liquid-applied, single-ply and asphalt) for leaks and potential areas of water ingress as small as pinholes, porosity and other defects. This testing method is non-invasive and no damage will be caused to the roof and no need to remove any part of the roof.
*Some membrane types and deck types are not suitable to be tested by our equipment but if you give us a call we can discuss this with you.
We offer a Newly Installed Membrane ‘Sign Off’ service*. For peace of mind if you are a manufacturer, installer or have recently had a new flat roof installed you can rely on us to complete a thorough test on the waterproofing membrane.
We will provide you with a full report of our findings with photographic evidence of any defects as well as a direct contact number for the tester if you have any questions.
We’ve received positive feedback from our clients on the reports we provide. Once the leak test is completed we will provide you with a comprehensive report detailing the areas we inspected, any defects found and any areas we were unable to test.
Everything will be supported with photographic evidence. This allows you to make an informed choice on your next steps.
A recommended action plan can also be provided if required.
Not all leaks on all roof types can be detected by one piece of equipment, In fact a leak coming in to a building may not be a roof issue at all.
If alternative testing is required then we can provide more exploratory work. Please contact us to discuss your requirements or project and we will advise on the best testing method to suit.
